Designblendz partnered with Space & Company to help prospective buyers envision life in their Port Richmond homes in Philadelphia. Through 3D animation, still renderings, 2D floor plans, and drone photography, the visual marketing campaign showcased each property’s interiors, layout, and roof-deck city views.

The 3D animations brought viewers through spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and luxurious bathrooms, revealing how the spaces connect and function. Detailed still renderings offered a closer look at the interiors, while 2D floor plans for each home clearly communicated layouts and dimensions.

Drone photography captured the city views from the roof decks, highlighting a defining feature of the homes. Together, these materials gave buyers a compelling way to explore the properties and picture how they could live in them.
