Project Overview

Designblendz is leading the architectural transformation of Falls Township’s Municipal Complex, redesigning its 47,000-square-foot ground floor and 13,000-square-foot second floor. The project aims to retain much of the existing structure while reimagining both the exterior and interior to improve circulation, enhance the building’s presence along Lincoln Highway, and create a more welcoming public environment. Key design priorities include increasing natural light, incorporating sustainable strategies, and expanding community spaces such as an incubator office and public meeting areas. The complex will house essential government functions, including administration, finance, parks and recreation, public works, and code enforcement.

A major focus of the redesign is the police department, which has been re-programmed for better communication, efficiency, and security. The new layout improves visibility among leadership while ensuring secure visitor access and controlled public interaction. Separate entrances for the cell block and sally port enhance safety and operational flow. Through strategic design, Designblendz has created a modern, functional civic space that meets the evolving needs of Falls Township.
