Designblendz recently partnered with Space & Company to create an innovative visual marketing campaign for their homes in Port Richmond, Philadelphia. Leveraging their expertise in 3D animation, still renderings, and 2D floor plans, Designblendz produced captivating visuals that allowed potential buyers to envision their future homes with stunning accuracy.
The 3D animation allowed viewers to experience the flow and functionality of the properties, highlighting key features such as spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and luxurious bathrooms. The attention to detail in the animations provided a level of realism that went beyond static images, capturing the essence of the properties and making them more enticing to potential buyers.
In addition to the immersive 3D animations and stunning still renderings, Designblendz also provided 2D floor plans for each home in Port Richmond. These floor plans offered a clear and concise representation of the layout and dimensions of the properties, allowing potential buyers to understand the spatial organization of each unit.
To capture the breathtaking views of the city from the roof decks of the properties, Designblendz utilized drone photography. By utilizing drones, Designblendz was able to capture accurate and compelling aerial shots, showcasing the stunning vistas and the unique selling points of the properties in Port Richmond.
