Designblendz is proud to have crafted a collection of homes that seamlessly integrate into the fabric of South Philadelphia while offering modern amenities and design sensibilities. Our journey began with navigating the rigorous processes of securing approvals from the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and the Civic Design Review (CDR). Through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to community engagement, we received resoundingly positive feedback from both these groups and the local neighborhood. Carrie's Court boasts 22 single-family homes, strategically tailored to cater to the needs of families seeking urban living. Each residence features the convenience of two-car parking, a valuable commodity in the area. Our design philosophy focused on creating a distinct separation between the dynamic ground level and the serene, spacious upper levels. The facades are designed to reflect this duality, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, we envisioned an elevated living experience by incorporating rooftop decks that offer breathtaking views of the city skyline, providing residents with a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling urban landscape.
