Designblendz has completed the design of a home in Manayunk that seamlessly merges modern aesthetics with the surrounding neighborhood's materials and style. Their approach to the architectural design involved careful consideration of both the exterior and interior spaces, resulting in a harmonious and visually appealing residence.
Starting with the exterior, Designblendz focused on achieving a balance between contemporary design elements and the existing neighborhood context. This ensured that the home stood out as a unique and stylish addition while maintaining a cohesive appearance with its surroundings.
Moving inside the house, Designblendz prioritized spaciousness and functionality. The large living room and kitchen were likely designed to promote an open and welcoming atmosphere. Expansive windows and strategic placement of natural light sources were incorporated to create a bright and airy ambiance, enhancing the overall living experience.
The master suite is a luxurious retreat within the home. In addition to the standard amenities, a steam room shower offers a spa-like experience for relaxation and rejuvenation.
One of the standout features of the home is the turfed roof deck, providing an outdoor living space with panoramic views of center-city Philadelphia. This feature allows it's residents to enjoy the stunning cityscape while maintaining a connection to nature.
