Brian Corcodilos is a natural-born leader and has been an entrepreneur since he was 10 years old selling video game servers while playing professionally at a young age. A large part of Brian’s early childhood revolved around working in the restaurant industry in New Jersey where his father, grandfather, and other relatives all owned diners and delis. 

After deciding to pursue architecture school to design restaurants, and not work in them he started a blog called Designblendz in 2011, his 3rd year of college, to explore a passion that focused on the overlapping collaboration of various design disciplines in architecture, 3D virtual worlds, graphic design, and industrial design. What started out as a fun escape from school work, soon began picking up traction from local firms where Designblendz started consulting and implementing new design technologies for clients. 

Fast forward to 2024 those same principles still exist over overlapping disciplines and Designblendz was recognized twice as one of the fastest-growing companies in America on the INC 5000 list, as well as Philadelphia’s 100 fastest-growing companies for 4 years in a row. Designblendz now offers full-service architecture design, interiors, 3D CGI visualizations, metaverse design, motion graphic design, and real estate development services. Their project types range from multi-family, commercial, hospitality, industrial, medical, and municipal.  Notable clients include PGA Golf, GoPuff, VaynerMedia, GalaGames, Southern Land Company, Greystar, and Armstrong World Industries. 

As the visionary for Designblendz, Brian and his team continue to raise the standard on how the built and virtual worlds blend together from concept through construction with advanced visualization techniques. Brian employs over 100 talented staff across all of his business venture partnerships. He also runs the “New How Podcast” where he brings on other entrepreneurs and interviews them about how they got started building businesses in the built and virtual world.  Brian’s true passion lies in helping aspiring entrepreneurs start their journeys. When he’s not working, Brian and his wife Marcie spend time traveling to colder climates to ski, and playing with their two Bernese mountain dogs.
