In a world full of people voicing their opinions, promoting their businesses, and constantly fighting for attention, it can be hard for a real estate agent to stand out in the crowd. We have identified the top 5 agents who have mastered the art of digital marketing and used it to their advantage. Branding yourself on social media is a great way for a real estate agent to find clients. Whether you are famous for your fabulous listings or quirky personality, it doesn’t matter as long as you are the name that comes to mind when someone needs an agent. Although grabbing and holding the attention of a large audience is not an easy task, these agents have found ways to keep their followers around and make their names known.

1. Jason Oppenheim

Jason Oppenheim is the president and founder of The Oppenheim Group, a luxury real estate brokerage representing buyers and sellers of luxury properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. After pursuing a successful career as a lawyer, he left his legal practice to join his family’s long line of real estate brokers. Three years into his real estate career, Jason founded The Oppenheim Group brokerage on Sunset Blvd. To make his business well-known, he partnered with Netflix on a TV series. Selling Sunset is a reality TV show featuring the agents from The Oppenheim Group, following along as they sell luxury homes to their affluent and celebrity clients. The show has been a great success, leading Jason to have 1.3 million followers on Instagram, and 21.4 thousand followers on Twitter. Although he was successful before the Netflix series, it definitely made his brokerage the most well-known in America. And he’s not stopping there- Jason is set to star in a spin-off series called ‘Selling the OC’, which will undoubtedly bring even more fame to his name.
