Will my photos work for virtual staging?

Your photos will most likely work.  We can work with 95% of all photos.  Just make sure that the photos are not blurry.  We will be placing the furniture into the exact photos you send us.  If you are happy with the size and quality of your photos, you should be happy with the final virtually staged photo.

Why do I have to pay upfront?

Due to the volume of 3D visualization products our company creates, we can't spend time tracking down payments with clients.  It is how we are able to offer competitive pricing.  We do have a 30 day money back guarantee for our virtual staging product.  If you are unhappy for any reason, we will refund the entire purchase.

How long will it take to stage my photos?

Most orders take 2 business day to complete.  If your photos need additional editing, such as furniture removal, it may take an extra 2 days to complete.  Our mission is to get your images complete as soon as possible, while maintaining the highest quality possible.  If you are ordering in bulk, we may send you batches of 10 images at a time.

How do I send you my photos?

After placing an order you will be guided through our photo submission process via a form submission.  You can upload your photos directly to our website.  Once photos are uploaded, you will select a furniture arrangement, and we get to work!  Also if you have any specific instructions, that will be time to let us know!

Can I make changes once I see the photos?

Yes, we'll make most revisions that you send to us at no additional charge.  If you choose to change the furniture style or swap out a photo, we will need to redo the entire image.  This will result an an extra fee, and you will be guided to purchase from our pricing page again.

What if my photo has more than 1 room?

A photo may contain multiple rooms, but we only charge per photo, not room.  An example of this would be an open concept living and kitchen.  Typically we will stage a living room scene, and a kitchen at the same time.  There is no additional charge for this, and we recommend you choose the best photos to sell your project.  We are here to assist!
