20081200-Schoolhouse Commons_Still Renderings_Edgemont Roof Deck_V1 Final

3D architectural renderings are used to digitally stage and visualize spaces before they are constructed. They are digitally created environments utilizing the highest-quality computer technology for the building industry.  Pre-construction marketing has become a valuable asset to Developers and Realtors looking for an edge in their sales tool palette. 3D Renderings give their clients a vision into the project and experience before construction occurs.

In-House 3D Architectural Rendering Creation

We have developed a unique process to produce quality 3D renderings to our clients, from hosting our rendering servers in-house to hiring visualization designers with strong architectural and real estate backgrounds.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I pay after the 3D images are complete?
No, we request half payment upfront for rendering services to begin, and the additional funds upon completion.  This is to ensure that our clients provide us with information in a timely manner, and that our team turns around the 3D visuals quickly for our clients.

2. How many revisions do I get to make on the virtual image?
Accuracy is important to us, so we will fix any mistakes we make for free. You may change your design as many times as you like, but with additional hourly fee and lead time that we can discuss before starting the project.

3. Can you do 3D renderings from my architect's blueprints?
Yes! It is what we do best. Our hope is that your architect works in 3D, as it will save you money and time.  But if not, no worries, we can accurately take the 2D drawings and convert them into 3D virtual models of your project.

4. How long does a 3D rendering take to complete?

In our office, our team can typically turn around small projects within a week. For large scale projects, our team will evaluate the timeline on a project-to-project basis.
