After houses have a fire in them they usually will sit vacant for some time due to the cost to redevelop them or the homeowners want to take money and move from the property. At 1072-1074 W Wilkes Barre St in Easton, PA was just this instance. DB Housing Group purchased the property vacant and fully gutted to the studs. With a blank slate Designblendz was able to bring these properties back to their full potential. 1072 Wilkes was returned to a duplex that featured a two bedroom one bathroom on the ground floor. 1074 Wilkes was returned to beautiful single family featuring a new kitchen with granite countertops and new engineered hardwood floors. With three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms the house has more than enough space for a family to fill. Construction was completed May of 2016.
