Architectural floor plans and layouts can be difficult to understand for most people, especially if the units are interlocking. Creating colored graphics to explain each unit at a glance in combination with a sectional cut through the building can allow for a fast and easy understanding to the home buyer. To showcase the location of a home, an aerial perspective displays what the home buyer receives outside of their site. Highlighting each amenity close to the property allows a person to understand the project in its community’s context. In this project for Spring Mill Crossing, Designblendz created detailed 3D renderings to help depict the space.
