Within a new multi-family development in Philadelphia, Designblendz helped a local Manayunk business owner visualize his new potential business venture. Designing with an industrial concept in mind the new cigar lounge was designed to hold over 100 people and have a full service bar. The concept design also featured a one of a kind two story humidor as well as a private members mezzanine which overlooked the entire space.
