A total of 6 homes in need of much repair and TLC were purchased by Ethos Residential in close proximity to a local university in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Designblendz worked closely with the developer to create a modern renovated floor plan as well as bring the houses up to current code standards and safety. The architectural design was focused around creating functional bedrooms as well as functional common areas that could be used by young professionals or students. Each house has its own identity with the architectural design but also shows the Ethos Residential brand and quality.
Each home also included some base renderings as well as 3D rendered floorplans that were used for real estate marketing to potential tenants.
