Working in a historical part of Philadelphia, Designblendz helped a developer produce some marketing images for his renovations at Waverly St. The 2D renderings were graphically enhanced from the architects AutoCAD drawings to show both color, shadow, and depth to the potential homebuyer. The floor plans are still able to provide space planning and furniture layout ideas with the floorplan renderings.
