Located in the Frankford neighborhood in Northern Philadelphia this 5 bedroom 1930’s house is a diamond in the rough. The house is highlighted with soaring ceiling, original base boards, gas fireplace insert, and a great view of center city. The design concept for this house is to preserve and restore as much of the original house as possible while also updating it to current technologies. All plumbing, electrical, and windows will be 100% new to bring the house up to current codes. A durable new vinyl flooring will be installed on the first floor while plush carpet will be provided in the bedrooms. The kitchen cabinets will be restored to there former glory with a new solid surface countertop and farmhouse sink, giving a farmhouse chic design aesthetic. Currently starting construction look out for updates of the progress as well restore this house to its former glory.
