This New Construction development highlights (4) single family homes in the Pennsport neighborhood of Philadelphia. These designs were then available for custom design options and upgrades by the homeowner. This design highlighted traditional details with contemporary design ideas like open foor plans and a master suite. The traditional brick and wood palette pays tribute to the Old City design styles while big window openings give these home a unique facade. The biggest success of this project that using marketing visuals and a website, this developer was able to Pre-Sell all (4) units prior to completion of construction.
